Mills Method LLC provides garage, attic, and storage unit cleanout and hauling services in the Greenville, SC metropolitan area. All services are provided on a flat-rate basis following a walkthrough or photo-based assessment. Final pricing is confirmed prior to the start of any job.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was represented at the time of quoting. Any price adjustments will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. Mills Method LLC reserves the right to decline any job at any time prior to commencement.
Mills Method LLC will make reasonable efforts to donate usable items to local charitable organizations. Items not suitable for donation will be disposed of at licensed disposal facilities. Mills Method LLC reserves the right to determine the final disposition of all removed items unless a specific written agreement is made in advance. Mills Method LLC is not obligated to share proceeds from the resale of any items removed during a cleanout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mills Method LLC accepts cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled job may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75 to cover scheduling and preparation costs. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full minimum service fee.
Mills Method LLC carries general liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during the performance of services, liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, not to exceed the total value of the service performed. Mills Method LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, items of undisclosed value, or damage resulting from conditions not disclosed by the client. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Mills Method LLC does not handle asbestos, biohazardous materials, medical waste, live ammunition, or other regulated hazardous substances. Discovery of such materials on-site may result in job suspension. The client is responsible for proper disclosure and any costs associated with specialized removal of such materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
Mills Method LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Mills Method LLC provides residential cleanout and hauling services. We are not a licensed waste disposal company, moving company, or contractor. Our services are limited to sorting, removing, loading, and transporting non-hazardous household and garage items.
Mills Method LLC makes no representations regarding the monetary value of items removed. Clients are responsible for identifying and retaining any items of sentimental or financial value prior to the start of work. Once items are loaded and removed, they cannot be returned.
Quotes provided based on photographs or verbal descriptions are estimates only. Final pricing is subject to adjustment upon on-site assessment. No work begins until pricing is agreed upon by both parties.
The client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to all areas where services are to be performed. Mills Method LLC is not liable for damage to structures, floors, walls, or driveways that results from pre-existing conditions or the inherent nature of moving heavy items, provided reasonable care was exercised.
Mills Method LLC carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request. We recommend clients review their homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy regarding coverage for service-related activities on their property.
